Front nine is relatively flat and open. Avoid the fairway bunkers on the uphill #7 par 5. Fairways were in great shape, greens were relatively firm and fairly quick. Hole #8 is quite narrow but a straight drive will go quite a way down the hill leaving a short wedge to the green. The back nine has much more variety in elevation changes, requiring 10' tall flag poles on a couple of holes, one uphill and one downhill. :) Hole #16 par 5 will make you think clearly on your second and third shots, and the green is quite sloped from back to front. Downhill putts are hard to make, so try to stay below the hole on many approaches. I'm a 7, and shot 81 from the blue tees (6701 yds) with one birdie, two penalty strokes and a three putt; my 22 handicap g/f shot 102 from 5501 yds with five 3-putts. A definite "Let's play this course again".
