Easy walking course. Very flat, which I am not necessarily a big fan of (takes away some of the challenge, blind shots and the like). 3some got through in 3.5 hours. Seemed a bit repetitive at times, without any holes that were really inspiring, although the 3 finishing holes were fun. Dead spots on greens and fairways detract from the experience. Not really worth going back to unless you're just a duffer putting up 100 every time. Nice scenery and location though, along a river that comes into play at times. Very quiet. Maybe I think poorly of this course because it played poorly, but it could definitely use some TLC.
Also, there are two main reasons it is in pretty rough shape: One being it is along a river that floods frequently which would obviously not do it any good. Also, it receives heavy use. I stopped by on a thursday afternoon to book a tee time and the fairly large parking lot was packed with people running around all over the place.

Fairways aren't in the greatest condition. Greens are easy with limited slope. Overall the course is very flat, but there is a bit of water. Overall, not the most challenging course, but a good value. Oh, and they didn't have compressed air which was annoying on a wet day.

The greens are in such poor condition it isn't worth playing until they fix their greens. The sadest thing is the practice green at the front of the course is in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it was the only one that wasn't spotted with dead blemishes.

The conditions made it impossible to get any kind of of consistency with putting as you never new which direction the ball was going to be redirected from all of the dead spots.
