Major disappointment for me. I appreciate that some people like this course (the two people I played with loved it), but this kind of course does nothing for me, so much so that I would call Pine Forest a bad golf course.

So many holes are seriously hemmed in by housing, and so many of the holes just feel like they really shouldn't have been built in the first place. There are some nice views, but one drop shot par 3 is a enough, much less THREE. There are a lot of aggressively bad holes here, and the routing is as bizarre as any I have ever seen. The course is utterly unwalkable, and if not for the roadsigns guiding you from green to tee I don't know that a first timer would be able to find half the tees without an error or two along the way. It's even hard to find the first hole. This really is Real Estate golf at its worst.

Narrow, goofy, small greens, repetitive themes, terrible routing, unwalkable, and at times annoying; I was ready for the round to end by the 5th hole, and I wasn't even playing poorly.
