April 17, 2020: What happened to this course? Last fall it was finally beginning to take shape, today it is unquestionably one of the worst courses in the area. It looks like 100 tornadoes have hit it, the fairways are like a paved parking lot and the tee boxes aren't really tee boxes. All of us in our group are left wondering why the course is in such bad shape. It's way behind it's competition. I can't imagine giving it another chance until fall. The new owners are blowing it. The have cut down almost every tree on the course and the aesthetics of the entire course is gone. Very disappointing to say the least. Sorry, but I've played this course at least 100 times in the last 15 years, today was by far the worst I've ever seen it.

I played a golf tournament there & I was very happy with my experience there! The course extremely scenic and varying & between this & the one other tournament I play in (earlier in the year) the staff here FAR surpassed my other course! Management was very helpful and accomodating, the guys in the pro shop were also very friendly and were quick to greet you with a smile & a quick answer to whatever was needed. The ladies in the restaurant were hands down the hardest working and friendliest that we could've asked for. Restrooms were older, but clean & well cared for & carts were newer and in good running condition. I would definitely play here again! (I should also mention that I had my 2 kids there with me too...one of whom is an Autistic teenager & they both enjoyed their day here as well)

The course was running a special so we got 18 holes w/cart and a meal for under 30 bucks so it was a great value. It is a beautiful course with quick greens which was surprising because it was very wet (cartpath only) the day we went. It is pretty open but also challenging.
