Very tough to review this course. Do you compare it to other courses 1 to 1 or do you understand that you get what you pay for? This course looks like it was forced into the space they had. A third of your tee shots you're not really sure where the green is or where you want to land. There's a hole that is hitting up a hill to the next where a 300y shot plays more 250y. 1-to-1, this course is a 1 star. The fairways and greens are only identified but the length of grass. The tee boxes are about a golfer wide and even a good straight fairway drive could still leave you with an uneven lie. The greens play more like asphalt than a flat soft grass. HOWEVER, at $20 a round with a cart, 4 stars. The course is a lot of fun if you treat it like a challenge instead of a typical golf game. Every shot is something new because of the condition of the course. It's also very laid back, Golf dress codes don't exist and we had a 6-some playing behind us. The staff were great and the gas carts are always a plus.
If they continue to work on the course, it has a great opportunity to measure up with any course in the area.
TL:DR - A must play once but as a fun break from traditional golf. More than worth the $20.

I was not impressed with the grounds, No bunkers, horrible greens (I think a few had patches of grass disease), fairways were basically mowed down fields (my yard looks better than their fairways). But still we were enjoying the day until the temp dropped and it started to mist cold rain. Since we had just teed off on 10 we figured we would stop and get a rain check for the next weekend. Until we encountered the lady at the front desk who insisted we should just play in the cold rain and finish and we were not entitled to a rain check, so after arguing with her for couple of minutes she gave us a rain check. As we walked towards the door she began cussing us to another employee before we were even out the door. This place is complete joke. The workers are very rude, the course is a disgrace to golf, so please do everyone a favor and stay away maybe they'll foreclose and get new owners who actually know how to run a course.

I have played this course now for about 2 yrs and I find it to be a very nice course for the price you pay. The people who run the course are great, very friendly nice not a bunch of snobs. The tee boxes do need some work and the fairways are hard, but hey this course is for sale so what do you expect. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to enjoy the game of golf without all the golf nazis, like you have at the other Bristol courses.
