So I played this place twice (May and June, 2011) after taking off from touching it the past 15 years. The new management that took over a few years ago have really turned this around. The fairways were all in great shape, greens (except #2, which was being worked on) were well kept and fast and the staff was actually professional. The front 9 are tight and you better be straight with your driver, the back 9 is wide open and the par 3 14 looks as if you are in the great smokey mountains. The price is between $20 and $35, but with the Player Card ($60) I am guaranteed $20 weekdays, $25 weekends. The bad: It is a drive to get to, the number 2 green is rough as it is under construction and not much of a selection in the pro shop.
