Conditions less than desirable this past weekend - everything hard as a rock -- for $65, there should be sand in the bunkers and watering the fairways and greens would help. Like playing on a parking lot.
If you live within an hour or so of this course make the drive. A few quirky holes but they usually keep in very good condition with fast greens.
Played this course today and found it in good shape except the greens. Most of them are showing signs of disease. I have played this course 4 or 5 times in the last 5 years and this was the first time the greens were not in excellent condition.

Greens were very smooth and accepting. Course was in very good shape, and a fantastic deal. Definitely will be returning.
The course was in good shape given the lack of rain we have had. Even the rough was still green. Most of the fairways are wide and inviting. The trees still need a few years of growing before they will become a major factor, but they do a good job of delineating the fairways. The bunkers were hard on the day I played, so they didn't really play as sand traps. Don't over-read the greens, most putts are fairly straight. Overall a very scenic course in good shape for not too much money. Will certainly play here again.
