One adult, an 11yr old and one 8 year old with cart on a Thursday afternoon for 70.50 WTF!!!!! After speaking with the owner I then received 7.50 back for a total price to play at 63.00. My two boys love the course however I think we will find some other place to play thats more affordable for a father bringing his two children to learn the game.
As everyone has said, this course is a nice short course with great scenery. Watch out for the turtles that frequent the fairways. This price is good, not great, for such a short course, but the holes are interesting enough that it's a must play course even if it's just for a time or two. No logo balls which is a huge detractant for me, but otherwise not bad. Overall rating a B+.
I've been playing this course since I was 12 years old. Now a lot older I still love coming to Eastlyn. What a difference from about 5 years back since the new owners took over. The new golf super is doing a great job getting this course back into shape, no more bare spots around the greens and fair ways. It seems like the Buono family is putting lots of time and money back into the course to get it right. My favorite hole is number 8 which I have not dirdied yet, one day it's a 235 par 4 with a water hazard on the right about where most peoples tee shots land. You can take out the driver a go for it but, it's tight and when most do they end up in trouble. I usually take out my 5 iron and lay up then a nice pitch to the green and hope to get it close enough for bird. Over all this place a great to sharpen your skills and very resonable in price. They just purchased new carts too, the old one had some issues but it seems like this course is on the right track. The Greenview Inn restaurant is delicous, and a great spot for private affairs.
