Checked off another course on 50 State Golf Quest here in Maryland. My daughter and I are from Texas and I absolutely can not say enough about how beautiful and well maintained this course is. Everyone was friendly and helpful for "out of staters" like us. We don't see many canadian geese in our part of the country so this was a treat and the goslings were so cute to watch. Lots of water hazards especially at 2 and 5 so you have to be strategic to get past when your long game is not too good. Like mine is not. On a good day I can hit 200 yards but not accurately. My challenge in golf is to pursue the elusive great shot, to get outside and enjoy the day, the courses and the people I meet. Loved playing Great Hope in Maryland.
