Played this course for a charity event. It's a very solid course... Well taken care of, drainage is quite good, divots/ball marks are filled promptly (and correctly), staff is competent and polite. Enjoyed it very much.

No flat spots - every hole has an elevation change of some sort. It's long from the tips, but fair.

If you have a rangefinder, use it - and go up one club, even downhill.
