Good value. Recent purchase by neighboring Taylor Made Farms has improved the quality of the course some, and the quality of the clubhouse a lot. Pretty open in most spots, but hills, doglegs, and O.B. markers do add some challenge.
Highpoint has nice layout. Many open fairways with lots of elevation changes. Lots of chances to make pars and birdies. This course can be challenging but fair. Most importantly it is a FUN round of golf. Great for a mid to high handicapper. The last few years this course has played as well as the $50.00+ golf clubs. greens are as good as those high dollar clubs but less than half the price. This is not a PGA course! It is pretty and it is FUN. Go Play....
Decent course with some scenic holes. Besides the redneck that lives next to the cart path on the way to the 6th tee, it was an overall enjoyable experience.
Cheap. Very slow play. Sparse grass in fairways. Greens rough. Not worth the drive.
Wide open, short, easy. CHEAP! I think we paid $15 with cart on weekday. Not a bad course for price. Another course that is decent if weather is not too dry.
Most of the holes are the same... straight and easy. Rough fairways and greens, but overall its not bad for the money. Beautiful houses and country land surrounding the course... few holes are tough because the green is invisible.
Has obviously greatly improved over the past year. The fairways are greatly improved. I would rate the quality of this course as just marginally worse than nearby Connemara at a much lower price.
