My grandfather, brother and I came to your course yesterday for a round of golf. We had a good time minus the team in front of us playing so slow. When we talked to the Marshall about it, he talked to them but it did nothing in speeding them up. Thankfully they only played 9. When my brother checked his bank account today, he noticed he was charged 3 times for a 6 pack of beer. We went back to the golf course to try and get it situated. The man at the snack bar was very nice but he wasn't sure what to do. We called the bank and they requested a letter be faxed to them with what happened and other information. We went to the pro shop to try and get the letter faxed to his bank to get it all straightened out and the older gentlemen at the desk was very unhelpful and rude. All he said was we have to wait until Monday because he doesn't know where to look or how to work the computer. So after a few minutes of trying to convince him to get us a letterhead so that we could fax it ourselves, I told him that I would be writing this review and it was his inability and his lack of motivation to help us is the reason that I am writing this review. I hope this issue can be resolved very quickly. Thank you.
