Played Jan. 2013. The course was in fine shape and the greens rolling true and pretty fast for being geared toward community golfers. I was pleasantly surprised. The ranger told me the course regulars have a saying, "hit it straight or card an eight". How very true. Playing here the first time I was penalized by not knowing where the hazards come into play at the end of drives and landing areas. Not a terribly hard course but placement and control are required to score well. Some tee shots have to thread the neddle. The course is very tight but there is enough nature and natural areas on the holes to help you forget that you are winding your way through a development. You can score well without ever needing to hit a driver. I'll play it again.
Interesting layout, lots of trees but has a "senior community" - feeling to it. I'll play it again.
